Hi,

The command to run is:

./dspace index-discovery -b

That should rebuild your entire search/browse index in Discovery. See:

I addition, you should make sure that you are using the 4.1 version of 
the DSpace configuration files (and not the old 1.7 version). If you 
have any old 1.7 configuration files in place, they may not be 
compatible with 4.1, and may be causing issues.

If for some reason it still does not work, you may need to check your 
log files for any error messages and (if there are any) send them to 
this list. Here's some information on looking for errors in your logs:
