Problem solved. The user was trying to upload some (but not all) pdf files with some non alphanumeric characters. When he sent the file so that I could test the upload somehow the characters were filtered and I couldn't see what was hapenning.

Hi.
Till now problems related to configuration issues. Now it seems I'll have to deal with errors and exceptions.
The problem arose when a user tried to upload a file while submitting an item. He got an error message like that:

Description: No details available

An image of the screen is append in this message.
The error is intermittent in that it does not occur every time an item is submitted but once the error occurs, no bitstream is accepted for that item since the error appears. To be more precise: in every case the error occurred, another user could edit the incomplete item and upload the bitstream.
All users are using Chrome.
Well, I need advice on where to look for the cause of this error.
