Can you send us the full error log from when you run: 'dspace index-discovery -f'
The one below seems to be cutoff .. as it starts with "stractUpdateRequest.java" (which doesn't exist), and it is missing the primary error message. You also should look in the Dspace logs for any error messages that appear there when you attempt to startup DSpace.
