Probably better to ask DCAT or at dspace-general about metadata standards.
>From the technical point of view, assuming you added thesis.degree.name,
thesis.degree.level, thesis.degree.discipline, thesis.degree.grantor, you
can simply map them in your
[dspace]/config/crosswalks/oai/metadataFormats/oai_dc.xsl like this:

select="doc:metadata/doc:element[@name='thesis']/doc:element[@name='degree']/doc:element/doc:element/doc:field[@name='name']">
<dc:source><xsl:value-of select="." /></dc:source></xsl:for-each>
Or analogously for any other OAI metadata format.
