I think your problem might lie in the file ../dspace-xmlui-mirage2/src/main/webapp/styles/bootstrap_color_scheme/_main.scss. If you compare yours with the one in the current DSpace master branch https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/master/dspace-xmlui-mirage2/src/main/webapp/styles/bootstrap_color_scheme/_main.scss I think you might see that the path to 'bootstrap' has changed. Unfortunately this was beyond our control, the Bootstrap maintainers moved it. Cheers, Robin.
