Hello folks!
I need some help with lucene index. We are working with Dspace 3.1 and
xmlui.
We are having problem with "browse" index. The major part of our repository
is in Spanish, so, once indexed it , we see that the order of the words
that have accent or diacritics isn't the correct.
For example.
-If we search :"Pérez"
Our results show only the authors that their last name is "Pérez".The index
doesn't sort alphabetically.
-If we search "Perez"(without tilde)
Our repository show the authors that their last name is "Perez".It display
at the middle of the other authors whose last names start with "P"
It display like this:
Palencia,Rodrigo
Paz, Juan
Pereira, Ana
Perez, Juan
Perez, Maria
Pino, Nuria
Poveda, Isabel
Puente, Sandra
*Pérez, Francisco*
*Pérez, Daniel*
Ramos, Antonio
We want that it display like this.(regardless of accent)
Palencia,Rodrigo
Paz, Juan
Pereira, Ana
Perez, Juan
Perez, Maria
*Pérez, Francisco*
*Pérez, Daniel*
Pino, Nuria
Poveda, Isabel
Puente, Sandra
Ramos, Antonio
What do you do to solve this problem?
