For some reason, your database_schema.sql file is missing in
[dspace-src]/dspace/target/dspace-installer/etc/postgres/. Maven is
supposed to copy there from [dspace-src]/dspace/etc/postgres/, so check
that it's present there and then re-run maven and ant. For DSpace 4.2 you
can find the file here:
