This message is missing some of the thread context. But..
Perhaps you've just recently upgraded from a previous version of DSpace to
DSpace 5.0 or 5.1? 5.0 and 5.1 have a bug that causes SOLR Statistics City
and Country to appear blank. See: https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/DS-2486
Andrea Schweer has created a fabulous fix to this bug with pull request:
https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/pull/905
Expect an upcoming version of DSpace, a DSpace 5.2, to address this issue
in the coming weeks.
With the patch, if this is related to your problem, you will be able to
reindex your statistics data, and the city and country information will
reappear. Its my understanding that during the upgrade the data didn't
become lost, just inaccessible. This patch fixes that.
