Hi, The REST connector that is used to do the ORCID lookup fails if the service is behind a firewall and has to use a proxy. I’ve got this to work by getting the proxy from the dspace.cfg file and if its not blank then using this in the http request. It looks the same on the DSpace github. Is this an issue or have I missed some configuration mechanism for achieving this?
