This is probably the wrong way to resolve this particular issue. If you want to have aliases like that, you can use the virtual_user_aliases.sql script to create your virtual user table. You then become responsible for assigning a new UID for each user, but you can have as many aliases as you want (and they don't have to be the same name and different domains). My 2 cents.
