Unless PostgreSQL mmaps it's data files (anyone know for sure? I don't
think it does) xfs_fsr will defrag files just fine. Someone running
that combo can run xfs_fsr in verbose mode to check. Obviously, it's
not a bad idea to try to schedule it for a period of low activity. :-)
