Summary: Extended LDAP functions

Initial Comment:
I work with dspam for more than 3 years now. I am very fascinated of its power.
But I miss some basic LDAP features in it. The most feature I miss is that
there is no way to use dspam for user checks with a LDAP server that needs an
administrative bind before I can query it. The only configuration I can do
today is providing a LDAP host, filter and base.

Another nice to have feature is user-based configuration of DSPAM. DSPAM could
- for example - provide a helper schema that defines attributes for user
preferences and opt-in / opt-out options.

Last but not least I miss documentation for LDAP configuration.
