Hello, i implemented support for the optOutClamAV preference to the webui.
If allowed the user can now enable or disable virus checking via clamav. The administrator can edit the default settings and has an overview in the user list which user has clamav enabled or not. I also implemented that the user can choose to let dspam send the signature as attachment. Before only the admin was abel to set this option for the default user.
