Summary: Add support for Kaspersky anti-virus scan

Initial Comment:
Add support for Kaspersky commercially licensed anti-virus scanning. This
could work as a second opinion to calmav, as a primary opinion for clam-av or
alternative to clamav. Functionality would be the same as clamav - ie
reporting back to web-gui in same way.

If you wanted to go to town, then separating clamav stats for kaspaskey would
be cool.

A sample license and testing server is available to someone able to code this
up.

Message:
Rather than creating code specifically for Kaspersky AV, DSpam should have
a more modularized approach to AntiVirus scanning. There are lots of AV
products out there, so creating a standard AV Interface would be better.
Then plugins for each AV product could be contributed.
