Summary: Clear user data from webui

Initial Comment:
A 'clear data' button in the web-ui so a user can login and reset the traning
data. ie clear tokens/signatures/stats
This would handy in cases where users have not followed traning instructions
and now have a poor set of data. Sometimes clearing down and starting again is
the best way.
The button should include a 'are you sure' type warning message.

Problems to think about:
The clear function could tie up server resources
What happens if mail is currently being processed for that user (and you try to
clear at the same time)
Maybe this should be an override preferance so admin has control
The button should only appear in the web-ui for backends it supports

If this cannot be made easily for current web-ui then this should be a feature
request a future web-ui

Message:
How about if it was stored as a user preference? You as the admin can
default the option to disabled, but enable it for selected 'advanced'
users.

Message:
I personally think this is a bad idea for the end user. If it is to be
implemented then the 'Clear Data' should only be available to Admins.
