It happened on every invocation when classifying; I didn't try to train.
I fell back to 3.9.0 and it works well.

I'm running it on a gentoo amd64 box, using the ebuilds for 3.9.0 and
git master from http://bugs.gentoo.org/299090.  (This is my first test
of post-3.8.)  (gcc is 4.4, CFLAGS are just '-march=native -O2 -ggdb'
with the debug symbols split out.)  PG is 8.4.4.

It looks like there are 8 commits to that file since the REL_3_9_0 tag;
I may not have time today to do a bisect, but will report the results
when I can do it.
