One thing that would help to debug this problem is to save the mail that is sent to DSPAM to a folder unadulterated. Otherwise, it will be impossible to figure out where the problem lies. I have chased similar bugs in the past and they have not ended up being in postfix, but in one of the other mail transports. If we have a copy of the original message, we can see where it is mangled in transport and find the problem.
