Just looking at error -5 is not the whole picture. Look at this:
[....]
22916: [08/08/2010 15:08:10] _pgsql_drv_getpwnam: returning NULL for query on
name: classicifation_user that returned a null result
22916: [08/08/2010 15:08:10] _pgsql_drv_get_spamtotals: unable to
_pgsql_drv_getpwnam(classicifation_user)
22916: [08/08/2010 15:08:10] _ds_init_storage: unable to load totals. Using
zero values.
[....]
22916: [08/08/2010 15:08:10] _pgsql_drv_getpwnam: returning NULL for query on
name: classicifation_user that returned a null result
22916: [08/08/2010 15:08:10] _ds_getall_spamrecords: unable to
_pgsql_drv_getpwnam(classicifation_user)
22916: [08/08/2010 15:08:10] _ds_getall_spamrecords() failed
22916: [08/08/2010 15:08:10] user_classify() returned error -5
[....]

So it is clear that classicifation_user does not exist (returning NULL).

One solution: Stop using their products.
