Summary: transformation of special chars / proper view of encodings

Initial Comment:
The correct display of "foreign" subject/ sender on the history page was
wonderful. But the quarantine is still sometimes unreadable when sender and/or
subject are encoded.

Please see attached png.

Message:
Yes, it would be very helpful to be able to view correctly these subjects /
senders on the quarantine.

When both the sender, subject, and body of the message are encoded, the
only way I have to check if the email is spam or not is to copy/paste the
whole message to a file, and then open it with Thunderbird.

Aha. I see. Yes. Just the history page has some characters
translated/transformed. The quarantine is not affected by that. I
originally had that code in a fork of the Web UI and just back ported it to
3.9.0. The code is a quick and dirty solution. Am I understanding you right
that you want the same functionality to be available in DSPAM stock?

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
