For the moment there is no one step automated way of doing it. To be honest: I 
am using MySQL and I see the benefit in using unsigned big integer for the 
token but it would be better to go the same path as done in the PostgreSQL 
driver. That would allow us to have +/- the same data in SQL for each and every 
SQL-aware driver. The only part which I don't know (for now) how to save the 
data in a format which could be 1 to 1 used in MySQL and/or PostgreSQL and/or 
SQLite is the tokenized message.

We friezed 3.9.0 from a functional viewpoint. So no new functionality for 
3.9.0. Else I am very much tempered in moving the token to be signed big 
integer for MySQL as well. But that would require to write a conversation 
application and I don't know if I can or should try to squize that into 3.9.0.
