That instruction talks about installing mysql with postfix support.  To follow 
it literally, you would have to install both postfix and mysql from source.

My Mandriva repos have a dspam-backend-mysql RPM which takes care of all that 
for you.  There is no dspam-postfix RPM, but postfix is the preferred mail 
server under Mandriva.  I notice that rpm.pbone.net has a 
postfix-2.3.3-2.el5.centos.mysql_pgsql.i386.rpm.  That may be what you need.
