No. There is no such thing. I know that functionality been requested in the 
past. Something like:
If result = spam and confidence factor >= 0.50 and probability >= 0.75 then log 
and drop message


You could request that feature by posting on SourceForge Feature Request for 
DSPAM or even better would be to checkout GIT and add that functionality to 
DSPAM source, check if it works on your setup and then submit a patch to the 
developer list containing the changes you have made to get DSPAM drop messages 
under certain conditions.
