That should not be! If it is there then things are not working the way they 
should. Could you check what "Content-Type" those mails have? The current code 
in DSPAM strips HTML only under certain conditions.

Yes. It does. Except if you would tell DSPAM to ignore them (IgnoreHeader in 
dspam.conf).

Trust me! You are interested in the whole header. Without the headers your 
accuracy would be lower.

It does not pay attention to markup stuff. But if a mail has the content type 
"text/plain" then DSPAM is not going to try to strip away HTML tags. Maybe we 
should do that regardless what content type the mail claims to be?

Probably not. If some one has screwed up then the developer(s) of DSPAM (I keep 
asking me who that is?) :)
