I never did 3.8.0 with NFS. So I can't say anything about it. If 3.8.0 had
issues with locks on NFS then I am very confident that 3.9.0 has the same
issues.

Well... I planed that long ago and somehow never got the time to do it. And
then I had to build up this new setup and did it there. Everything in test
worked flawless but in production? NO! Problems all over the place. And I had
to step back and use NFSv4. Then later on another setup for just web pages I
tried a newer revision and guess what? Works without problems. So I am using it
there and on the mail cluster I just moved DSPAM_HOME to be on the clustered FS
but not the IMAP/POP boxes. I will do that on the next planed maintenance
schedule.

I guess online backup is for a lot of the users in the DSPAM community a issue.
I remember that the old DSPAM page had a page about users/companies using DSPAM
or partners of the DSPAM project. I am sure that the new DSPAM admins of the
DSPAM community project would not be against adding a small text and a link to
Imposit.com if you would offer a special price for online backup to users of
DSPAM :)
Or maybe you could sponsor the DSPAM project and they add a link to Imposit.com
and a text saying that your company is an official sponsor and that Imposit.com
offers a special price for online backup to members of the DSPAM community
project/mailing list? I just read some days ago an article where they claimed
that good software is not judged by the quality of the software and the code
but by marketing. Sad but somehow true. So you could sponsor a DSPAM marketing
campaign and the community project could add a link to Imposit.com in return?
