Hi I have been running DSPAM for about 3 months on one of our mailservers which has about 2500 pop/imap accounts. After trying various training methods and grouping schemes I am happy to report that the majority of users utilising dspam are getting 99% accuracy. I found shared groups (depending on company type/email habits) with TUM initially then once accuracy hits 95%+ switch to TOE gave best resulats and kept the database relatively small.
I have however come across my first problem which I am struggling to debug. I am using dspam-3.9.0-ALPHA2 and Exim. I have a shared managed group which looks like this in the group file, [email protected]:shared,managed:*[email protected] The only problem I am having is when the quarantine admin who in this example is [email protected] tries to deliver a false positive from the webui quarantine to any other user except themselfs the email is never delivered and is deleted from the quarintine. I see no delivery attempt in the exim logs and with the debug enabled in dspam.conf I see no entried in the dspam.debug file. Would anyone beable to point me in the right direction on how to debug this? Besides this issue I am extremely happy with DSPAM and the accuracy surpassed what I had expected, keep up the good work.
