I spotted another small error. The line 540 is wrong (my error):
%attr(0644,root,root) %config(noreplace) %{dspam_homedir}/sql-scripts/sqlite2_*

It should be (it's fixed in the SPEC I sent recently):
%attr(0644,root,root) %config(noreplace) %{dspam_homedir}/sql-scripts/sqlite_*
