That's what the plugin does in mailtrain mode. When you move the message 
to the Spam folder, the dovecot plugin triggers the forward of the 
message to the defined address. Your mail system then just has to catch 
it, pass it to dspam as a retrain and then you can just /dev/null the 
message.
