Could you save the mail from quarantine into a file and put it on the server 
where you have DSPAM running? And then execute:
dspam --deliver=innocent --debug --class=innocent --source=error --user [your 
DSPAM user name] -d %u < /path/to/the/saved/message.raw

What error do you get from this? Do you get any at all?

Could you post the relevant part from the DSPAM debug log?

Could you post other log entries from your logger file related to the 
retraining action done above?

Could you as well post the permission information from the DSPAM binary? (aka: 
stat /usr/bin/dspam)
