Please post the output of:
dspam_stats -H [the DSPAM username of that user]

And inside the directory where DSPAM is saving the user data there are two 
files that you should post as well. The one has extension "stats" and the other 
has extension "rstats". Post their content here and then we can tell you if the 
above calculation is right or wrong.

btw: what DSPAM version are you using? What DSPAM Web-UI version are you using?
