Well I did it like this, I added to the /etc/aliases file the following aliases,
spam: "|/usr/bin/dspam --user globaluser --class=spam --source=error" notspam: "|/usr/bin/dspam --user globaluser --class=innocent --source=error" So these work for every @domain, but make sure u send to a domain which is not local (unles your dspam install is local)....
