dspam_maintenance.sh can use purge-4.1.sql if you put it into a mysql directory 
(aka: mysql/purge-4.1.sql). If you can not put it into it's own directory then 
call it mysql_purge-4.1.sql and the file is in the archive at SourceForge. Look 
into src/tools.mysql_drv. The file you are looking for is purge-4.1.sql.
