you need to subscribe to the dspam-user mailing list in order to post
messages here. Each time where someone is posting without being member I
get a message where I have manually to forward the message to the ML. So

Easy. Just disable homedir support (aka: --disable-homedir). You can not
have ( homedir AND (large scale or domain scale) ) at once.
