ParseToHeaders, ChangeModeOnParse and ChangeUserOnParse are option to determine the DSPAM user based on the recipient address. ServerParameters can be safely set to "ServerParameters « --deliver=innocent,spam -d %u »" to deliver both spam and innocent messages to end users.
