ALright, I've cloned the repository.
First of all, the git does not contain all of the compilation scripts
(configure, install.sh, ..), is that normal ?
I reused the missing scripts from 3.9.1-rc1.
then, during the ./configure, I get the following error
checking for libpq-fe.h... no
configure: error: Required version of libpq not found
This is disturbing because I build 3.9.1-rc1 on the exact same machine
some time ago, and libpq is indeed present :
