Check the logs and found the error. I had set tagSpam to On and did not 
have the msgtag.spam file setup. Once the msgtag.spam file was setup all 
is working fine now.

Thank you all for replying with the advice. The advice has saved me 
hours. I am very happy that dspam is working great now.
