 Those line above are wrong. You should see text instead of %s and 
 instead of %d you should see numbers. Something is completely wrong with 
 your DSPAM package. I think you have compiled that by hand. Right? What 
 compiler have you used? What compile options (please provide the output 
 of 'dspam --version')? Have you used any own patches?

 Your dspam.conf does not matter. Not for this issue. Your logging is 
 already not working properly and that logging feature is not something 
 that you can influence from dspam.conf.
