Hello Mark,
You are assuming that dspam is only used in servers. There are losts
folks that use dspam as content analyzer, in their workstations, piping
stuff from their mail clients. For those i believe that using mysql or
postgresql would be an overkill. There are also other situations where
the hash driver is preferred over another database backend.
