Yes. If you have a lot of tokens and the probability is less than 0.0001 then
it will be shown as 0.0000.

For example your message (this message here) has the following metrics on my
installation:
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
X-DSPAM-Result: Innocent
X-DSPAM-Processed: Wed Jul 27 19:54:29 2011
X-DSPAM-Confidence: 0.9980
X-DSPAM-Improbability: 1 in 49051 chance of being spam
X-DSPAM-Probability: 0.0000
X-DSPAM-Signature: 4,4e3050d519332001916878
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

You can guess yourself that the probability is going to be low for 1 in 49'051.
Most of my daily mail has 0.0000. From time to time I get SPAM (over 90% of my
SPAM is from the DSPAM mailing list) and there I have from time to time other
values:
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
X-DSPAM-Result: Spam
X-DSPAM-Processed: Wed Jul 20 21:24:03 2011
X-DSPAM-Confidence: 0.4990
X-DSPAM-Improbability: 1 in 101 chance of being ham
X-DSPAM-Probability: 0.9997
X-DSPAM-Signature: 4,4e272b5320662069013095
