Just to be prudent. As the packager for fedora I wouldn't want to push 
an update that could change the underlying DB or tokenizer etc... I'm 
also partially lazy plus didn't really understand the release 
announcement when it said the upgrade should be problem free... No idea 
why. We just had a baby 2 weeks ago so I blame it on lack of sleep.

Either way Fedora 16,15,14, EPEL 6,5 all have dspam 3.10 rolling in.
