I touch D-Spam very infrequently so from that perspective I frequently am coming at it with no memory of specifics. I'm used to tools where all options get specified in the same manner and it's very easy to miss one single character difference in a sea of options. Since this was a working setup that needed very little tweaking I didn't read much of the docs and skimmed what little I looked at.
Is anything particularly bad about it? No, not really. Perhaps just upgrading the usage message on failure to dump which segment didn't parse properly or was deemed 'missing' would be adequate to catch these things.
