Thanks for the help guys. Seems I've got everything working now. The datacenter uses an external mail gateway as well, which was stripping the Dspam headers. I was able to make a copy of the mail being sent and review the headers from the server side before it left to verify that mail is working without an issue. It also allowed me to tweak the settings significantly.
