In 3.10.2? No.

Patches for DSPAM are always welcome. If you need IPv6 then what is 
stopping you from modifying DSPAM code and adding IPv6 functionality? 
Who else needs IPv6 support in DSPAM? Is there really no one who needs 
support in DSPAM that can not the code to DSPAM and make first tests to 
see if it works or not?
