GroupConfig is new in dspam 3.10.2.

It should contain a path to the file containing the dspam groups. It
might be that you have no groups configured, but the parameter should be
set in the config file (it is in the default cnfig file).

What happens if you add to dspam.conf:

GroupConfig /tmp/blubber29831023
