Not sure, but in looks like your input might be wrong. How are the files
in 'hard_ham' formatted? Mbox? Maildir?

Also, you should check dspam error logs, and maybe enable debuggin in
dspam.conf.

Also did you first test if your setup works by simply sending a single
message into it from the command line?
