DSPAM will start tagging spam messages as spam after the learning period is completed. This is typically after 1500 messages (per dspam user). It will learn from messages you retrain, so if you retrain a message received during the learning period, dspam will use that retraining data. So there is a higher probability that the message will be marked as spam if it arrives after the training period.
