Tom Hendrikx answered my issue saying:
What does your logging say when the next message arrives. At first
sight, this might be a permission problem: you're retraining using the
wrong user account, resulting in files that are no longer
readable/writable due to changed permissions.
I'm running the "dspam --daemon" with the root user. The retraining is also
done with root.
One example of the user log (with some info hidden) is below. I sent one
test email, retrained and sent it again. The log says it was tagged, but I
receive the message without any changes in title and without X-DSPAM-*
header tags:
