I've enabled debugging and in my debug log I can see a db error:

_ds_get_signature: mysql_fetch_row() failed

I've checked the dspam_signature_data table and it has about 14k rows
in it, *far* fewer than the number of emails I've ever received. It
does not have a row with the signature of the email I tried to
reclassify to produce that error.
