Hi,

I'm running dspam 3.6.8 in daemon mode in a clustered enviroment
with a central mysql database .
Everything is working fine but i have some problems to get logging
working .

Dspam is controlled by daemontools via following script

#!/bin/sh
exec 2>&1
dspam --daemon

When i try to start the log script

#!/bin/sh
exec  multilog t n1024 s1048576 ./ main

I get following error
svc: warning: unable to control /service/dspam/log: file does not exist

When i check readproctitle i can see that dspam is working / logging

ps -ef | grep readproctitle
root      1686  1663  0  2006 ?        00:00:03 readproctitle service

I have to control dspam via daemontools because when a failover happens
in the cluster
and MySql Server is gone away for a few seconds dspam exits .
With daemontools dspam process is automatically restarted .

Is it not possible to use dspam with daemontool ?
Has anybody experience with dspam under daemontools ?

Best regards
Stefan
