I think there's no way to do it without touching the db, unless you use --classify, but then (I think) you can't use --deliver=quarantine. You'll have to either manually or with some scripting, pick out the emails from the mbox.

Might be easier to merge user ricou to another temporary user and using that temporary user to quarantine the spam mails, then remove the temp user history & tokens, etc, etc.
