As I said, the system is performing correctly as you have it currently configured (i.e. only the first virtual user will get history). There is no reason that you have to leave it this way, i.e. you can use the virtual_users.sql script (instead of virtual_user_alias.sql) to set up your tables. Just because all of the users in Courier share the same UID doesn't mean they have to share the same UID in dspam (I use vpopmail for virtual users and the situation is completely equivalent). You will lose all of your existing training (unless you turn that UID into a global group).
